4. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without permission.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt service operations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

  • Share confidential course materials or proprietary information.

  • Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

6. Service Terms and Conditions Consulting Services

  • Services are provided based on agreed statements of work.

  • Project timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon.

  • Changes to scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to terminate engagement for non-compliance.

Course Enrollment

  • Course fees must be paid prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 9).

  • Course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of requirements.

Talent Solutions

  • Recruitment fees are based on agreed fee structures.

  • Candidate information is confidential and used only for placement purposes.

  • Both parties must comply with employment laws and regulations.

  • Success fees are due upon candidate placement and acceptance.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be added to invoices.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain our property.

  • Course materials are licensed for personal use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

  • Any feedback or suggestions become our property.

  • We respect third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy Consulting Services

  • Cancellations require 48 hours' notice.

  • Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

  • Refunds are prorated based on work not yet performed.

Course Enrollment

  • Full refunds available if cancelled 7 days before course start.

  • 50% refunds available if cancelled 3–7 days before start.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of course start.

  • Medical emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis.

Talent Solutions

  • Refunds available if candidate leaves within 30 days of placement.

  • Replacement candidates provided at no additional cost where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • Force majeure events excuse performance delays.

11. Confidentiality

  • We maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

  • Non-disclosure agreements may be required for certain services.

  • Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Data protection measures are implemented per our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms and Conditions.

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Fail to pay fees when due.

  • Violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations.

  • Mediation may be required before formal legal proceedings.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
